Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Private suite - incl breakfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The 5 room guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, an office, a verandah and bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Spacious 1 Bedroom apartment

Central fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (ground floor), fully equipped kitchen and own courtyard in a terrace house. We live upstairs. Private secure entrance. Check in 2pm -6pm! Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Located in the prestigious Queen St. 20 minutes from the CBD and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Great buses. 1-2 people. No children (0-12). Wifi Smart TV Please read The Space and Guest Access.

Heart Brick Corner- cafes, music & colour.

Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.

Waterfront self contained apartment private entrance and courtyard. Large bedroom bathroom/laundry, walk in wardrobe, Fully functioning kitchen with modern facilities. Lounge room with TV and DVD, glass frontage with panoramic views across Botany Bay to Sydney city skyline . 5 min to National Park. A great place to relax or to base your adventures. In town for leisure or for business? My bright and happy little studio offers the perfect gateway for city explorers and beach wanderers alike. With all modes of public transports at your doorstep it's easy to get around. Only a short stroll to vibrant Kirribilli village and you can even reach the CBD or North Sydney by foot. Just a stone throw away from Sydney's magnificent Harbour Bridge and foreshore walks with stunning views of the Opera House and skyline.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
