You will find almost all businesses and local amenities within walking distance, most just 2-3 blocks. It's front yard is yours to use but, there is no back yard. We reside next door so we are easily available for all your needs. There is also Electric Vehicle charging available on site and a Tesla supercharge station a 10 minute walk away.
