This entire house on this working farm is available all year except for a few weeks in the winter. Large grounds and pavilion. The house is located on a 500 acre farm and is very private. There may be hunters in the fields but it is very far from the house. Please ask if you want to access the fields . There are Large yards for outdoor use and plenty big enough for most activities. There are pastures for horses, cows, chicken runs, goat pens and kennels for dogs and barn cats roaming around.

Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Take a day trip to Atlantic beaches (19mi), Dover (24mi), DC, or Philly (2 hrs each). Sleeps up to 6 with day bed.

The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
