Filberts is a delightful self contained detached studio loft apartment, forming part of Church Cottage smallholding in Newenden, a historic Domesday Book village on the Kent/East Sussex border, with a pub and two cafes in 2 - 5 minutes walking distance. Newenden is recognised as one of the 10 prettiest villages in Kent (Kent Life Magazine) and is also the smallest village in Kent. Bird House Margate

Bird House Margate is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. There are bars, cafes, restaurants, a bakery within yards, art galleries and you can see the sea from the end of the road. The shell grotto is close, as well as the popular Dalby Cafe & Scott's antiques. It's a short walk to the turner gallery. I converted the flat myself from an old garage, I was keen for it to retain its loft style character. For those interested in the environment the flat is mostly run on solar.

Hi, I am renting a spacious mini apartment with its own en-suit and kitchen, in a lovely Victorian house just 15 min off from Greenwich, even though it is part of the house It retain its own independency as it is located in the attic,it is also at close distance from the O2 arena and Excel centre, it feels private and has also a fantastic panoramic view.
