This is a great home for families, those traveling for work who want a home away from home, and individuals wanting a central location but don't want to be in the busy city. A cozy place to rest and work while visiting Kent.

Loft above a shop

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

Wake up to mist on the lake. Kayak before breakfast. Watch Mt. Rainier turn pink at dusk from the hot tub. Lakefront Nest is a 4-bedroom waterfront home on Spring Lake — a 67-acre non-motorized lake with no jet skis and no public dock. Mornings start with coffee at the picture window. Days end at the fire pit, under the trees, with Mt. Rainier across the water. 30 minutes from Seattle, but it doesn't feel like it.

The home is located 11 miles/20 minutes east of Seattle Tacoma International Airport, 20 miles/30 minutes south of the Seattle waterfront and cruise docks, and 20 miles/30 minutes south of downtown Seattle. Uber and Lyft are readily nearby and available. A grocery store and restaurants are within two miles. Super fun three bedroom-two bath daylight basement apartment with private entry & off-street parking.
