PET-FRIENDLY Waterfront retreat near all the food & fun KY lake has to offer. Home has master suite w/ tub as well as shower w/ rainhead. Fully equipped kitchen with all you will need to make a meal, drink or pop a bottle of wine or cold beer. Open concept living area with smart TV, WiFi & QUEEN sofa sleeper. Sunroom for viewing the water & deck with covered grilling area for relaxing after a day on the lake or enjoy the fire pit while watching the sunset. Also includes 4 kayaks for guest use!!

Fantastic Kentucky Lake Vacation

Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

A very desirable area on Kentucky Lake. Relax, reconnect have the most enjoyable time in this serenity outdoor setting with a firepit/or relax in the Hammock. The big back yard is level. Between Moors and Big Bear on the Lake. 10 Draffenville 15 min Benton 30 min from Paducah or Murray Grand Rivers. 2 hours to Nashville.
