In a lush and tropical garden, you and your family will be the only ones to enjoy the entire property that offers serenity and privacy. Everything is on the ground floor avoiding stair. To relax you, the pool with sun beds, the balinese bed, the shade of the trees wait you. Villa Calao - Tropical luxury eco-friendly house

The house is located on Kep market side of the city not far from the Wat Samati, on a large plot of green land. It is nestled up the hill and the garden has its upper boundary with the Kep National Park; it has magnificent views of the island Koh Tonsai and its next small sisters. The singularity of this property is the quietness of the place; there are no neighbours next, only the forest animals and luxuriant tropical vegetation. Yet city market and center is a 5-10 min bike ride.

All bedrooms have a king size bed and sofa bed . The two bedrooms on the first floor have balconies with beautiful views. There is an outdoor dining area , BBQ , garden, patio area , laundry room and 5 m x 10 m swimming pool . Privacy and quiet in a beautiful area next to Kep National Forest .

We offer 3-bedrooms villa with separate living room, dinning table, and large kitchen. Our guests will enjoy the free access to large pool 110 square meters, shallow water for kids, and deep water for adults to dive in. There's free use of playground, outdoor bbq table and facility. There's a free large, safe parking on the premise. our place is surrounded by big tree, garden, fruit trees and variety of birds. We also serve food and drinks starting from 7 am to 9pm.
