Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!
