Casita Montalbano Private Guadalupe River Access

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Quiet getaway in the country yet close to local towns. 3 miles to the Guadalupe River. 11 miles to the antiques town of comfort. 23 miles to Bandera, cowboy capital of Texas. 12 miles to Kerrville with its shopping, river trail, breweries. 27 miles through back country roads to Fredericksburg with its shopping and wineries. A PET FEE IS REQUIRED IN YOUR RESERVATION Sendero Casita is located on this property as well with a maximum of 2 guests.

As the Texas Haus is a private cabin, you will of course have your own private bathroom with stand alone shower and gorgeous jetted tub.

No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. The 1851 Cabin at Wolf Creek Guest Ranch

The Wolf Creek Guest Ranch is the perfect place to experience an original log cabin on a private working horse ranch. The cabin was originally built in Arkansas in 1851, carefully taken down and rebuilt into a very comfortable rental. Guests will find this beautiful cabin equipped with air conditioning, heat, a soaking tub, and a huge stone fireplace to enjoy on those winter nights after a day of wine tours, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities that Fredericksburg has to offer.

We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors. Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of wildlife just a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg.
