Based right in the centre of Keswick in the Lake District it is ideally located within minutes of the excellent selection of local shops, restaurants, pubs, attractions and parks. This spacious town house sleeps 6 people comfortably and boasts a large living space, Smart TV, unlimited FREE Wifi, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas. Also, also with lockable store for bikes.

Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

Cosy Lakeland terraced cottage situated in the charming, picturesque village of Portinscale, about a 5 min drive from Keswick (or a 20 minute walk) and providing self catering holiday accommodation for couples or a small family. Dog friendly and a hit with ramblers and those who enjoy messing about in boats, as the cottage is situated close to the western side of Derwentwater lake and also to fantastic fells and mountains. Wonderfully located in the north of the Lake District National Park.

Or have breakfast in bed looking over Lake Derwentwater down Borrowdale Valley to the highest mountain in England - Scafell Pike.

We have recently undertaken a further upgrade to improve the property, replacing the bathroom, flooring and putting in fire doors. The flat, is not only located in Keswick’s town centre, it has the advantage of private off street parking, with amenities and shops, including the wealth of restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. For guests who prefer to cook, we have provided a wide range of kitchenware.

It is well equipped; includes wifi, smart TV, washing machine, maps & guides, central heating plus radiant heater.

Morven Cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage within 5 minutes walk of Keswick town centre with private parking and an outdoor patio area. The warm and comfortable accommodation sleeps up to four guests (plus a cot) and was recently extensively refurbished. Changeover days are typically Monday and Friday. One or two well-behaved dogs (restricted to downstairs and not allowed on the furniture) are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. 10% off for full week bookings.

Perfectly located in a quiet street with spectacular views of the Lakeland fells, this contemporary 2 bed Victorian Lakeland cottage is a 5 minute walk from the heart of the vibrant market town of Keswick and a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Derwentwater. Beautifully restored in early 2024, the property offers outdoor seating areas at both the front of the house and in the paved back garden and is the ideal base to explore the spectacular Lake District all year round.

The Vale of Lorton is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the Lakes, ranging from the flat farmland and Gem town of Cockermouth at one end to the rugged mountains and Buttermere at the other. The tranquil setting of The Spinney, above the River Cocker, with spectacular views over to Whinlatter, is an ideal location to explore the North Western Lakes. Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.

Skiddaw Cottage is a self-catering holiday-let found at the heart of Keswick, with the town centre less than a five-minute walk away. It is a spacious, well equipped cottage (including fast broadband), with its own parking space, with all the amenities that Keswick has to offer, Skiddaw Cottage is the ideal place to relax, unwind and have fun. With its own enclosed backyard (15m² ), Skiddaw Cottage is also suitable for well-behaved pets.
