Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Private guesthouse, max 2 guests. It has a queen size bed, bathroom, toilet, AC, walk in wardrobe, roller shutter window, living room, kitchenette and private entrance. Left side of Driveway or street parking. WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
