Vacation in paradise. Beautiful sunsets. Swim and snorkel in the salt water lagoon. The lagoon is fed from the bottom of the ocean, you will know when it is low tide and high tide. The community offers two pools. The north pool is just steps from our condo. The south pool is within walking distance of our condo. Our condo is fully equipped for your stay. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living/dining room. Front porch with gas BBQ. Back porch overlooks salt water lagoon. Two stories.

Our spacious, 3-level, end-unit town home includes a full kitchen, central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TVs, strong wireless access throughout, nearby saltwater lagoon with a beach, 2 pools, a playground, & tennis courts. You can access a jetty, small beach (with tiki huts and fire pits) on the ocean side. We're close to many restaurants/bars, water activities, and local music.

Hunter 26 Sailboat

A one-of-a-kind experience for those who want to enjoy Miami from a different perspective. Can accommodate up to two people, includes a basic toilet and freshwater. The boat is anchored in Biscayne Bay, which allows you to view the Miami skyline from a distance. You'll be in the famous Coconut Grove area. I will be taking you from the dinghy dock to the boat. Two kayaks are included for guests.
