Turtle Cove 2BR villa with full resort amenities

Our place is close to the Turtle Point clubhouse, the Sanctuary, and East Beach. We are about a 10 minute walk to the beach (or 3 minutes by bike). Our 2 bedroom villa is spacious, and is rated top-tier by the Kiawah Island Resort. Our patio is finished and is now part of the interior, offering a separate seating area, a game/work table and an office area. Because we are managed by the Kiawah Island Resort, our guests enjoy full resort amenities, including use of the 2 resort pool areas.

Truly one of the most magnificent locations on Kiawah Island - Shipwatch Villas' Penthouse & only 3-bdrm unit. Our condo resides on the top two floors and is directly on the beach. Every room has a spectacular unobstructed Ocean View with a wraparound deck on both floors. Every bdrm has a full bath. The condo is tastefully decorated with the vacationers comfort in mind. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent dining area that seats 10 with a the beautiful view of the beach.

We are centrally located with easy access to downtown Charleston, Folly, or the airport in 20 minutes, 20 minutes to Kiawah, Seabrook and Wadmalaw Islands. Dinner nearby at Johns Island restaurants, Wild Olive/Royal Tern, or cook up your own fresh catch of the day!

Sit back and relax on the large deck watching the ebb and flow of the tide as fish jump, birds hunt and fiddler crabs defend their bank. (This property has been granted an exemption and does not accept pets or Service animals due to allergies.)

Just steps to the Beach & a short walk to the West Beach Conference Center, villa features one bedroom with a king-sized bed and one queen-sized sofa bed. Screened porch for relaxing! Perfect for a couple's getaway or a family vacation. Additional amenities include beach bikes, a pack & play crib, beach chairs, and beach towels. Please note we do not have guest pool options.
