Feel Athenian For A While in a super-cozy rooftop flat with private terrace garden with view and balcony towards the sunrise and sunset. The flat is based on a mini house concept and is strategically located in a safe and central Athenian neighborhood, 3 min away from metro station, very easy, fast and direct access to main attractions, port, airport and railway station. Local street market , restaurants, coffe shops, pharmacies and supermarkets are all within a few steps from the flat.

Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την Αθήνα ενώ απολαμβάνουν τη φύση. Το κέντρο της Αθήνας απέχει 23 χιλιόμετρα και είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο, περίπου 25 λεπτά (το πιο γρήγορο μέσο), αλλά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, περίπου 1 ώρα και 10 λεπτά (1 λεωφορείο και μετρό).

Upon arrival we will ask for your id number (european union countries citizens) or passport number (non european union countries citizens), for tax declaration purposes.
