This is a fairly new, two story house, Located near Nallur Temple, Jaffna. There are 5 rooms in total, 3 upstairs and 2 on the main floor. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor. Two of the bathrooms renovated recently with enclosed standing shower, All bathrooms have hot water. Air condition is there in 4 rooms (3 upstairs and 1 main floor) . Living, Dining and Kitchen are available for the use. Kitchen has all the appliances including fridge. Price is for the whole house.

The house has brand new furnitures, and air condition in the livingroom and in two of The bedrooms. The rest of the rooms have fan. The kitchen has a gas cooker and electric kettle to make coffee and tea. The kichen is equiped all needed tings. The washing-machine is full automatic.
