Our 2019 home sleeps 7 and sits back from the road on a large lot. We provide A huge outdoor showering room, patio with lounge area and picnic table, gas bar b q. and a temperamental fire pit. Wi-fi and satellite. Close to Jennette’s Pier and Aquarium. Bodie island light house, Manteo and Oregon Inlet, + Premier Shopping Outlets

A lovely beach house located on a quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from the beach. Decorated with cool beach vides w/ all brand new furniture in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The beach is across the cross walk just a 1/2 mile away with free public parking. The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.

Location! Offering breath taking sunrise views and dolphin sightings. The perfect place for relaxing strolls along the beach, surfing with friends and good old fashioned surf fishing. Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. We currently don't provide linens/towels. **Please request a linen service when you send your request to book, if needed.**

There are 2 living rooms to allow lots of space in this 2,800 sqft home. It has a beautiful open floor plan, custom hardwood floors, amazing screened in porch, hot tub and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach :) Check out our amazing collection of books in our one of a kind, hallway library!

Just a short walk from a great beach access and in the heart of town near restaurants, shops, and activities. Enjoy the fenced backyard too. Beach gear and cruiser bikes are provided for you to explore.

Chloe's Cottage - 7 minute walk to the beach

[updated floors and living room 2025 - pictures coming] Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon of shopping, dining and drinking with your friends, with out the headache of traffic and parking.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
