Thank You for viewing my AirBNB. Lots of room with a private entrance. I am located less than a 10 minute walk to a sound access and less than a mile from the ocean. Bike path is at the end of the street, just 4 houses down. So bring your bikes and enjoy the area. Centrally located around the 7 mile post with lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery store and shopping area right around the corner. I live right above the unit and will be happy to help you with anything you need.

In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. The Flat Top on 1st is a throwback to an era almost lost in the Outerbanks!! Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)
