You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

This spacious tiny is a single level retreat equipped with a comfy King size bed and 65'' TV. The skylit shower let's you soak in the sun rays underneath the rainfall showerhead. Rinse off the beach sand under the outdoor shower for that true nature experience. Enjoy your enclosed deck, firepit, bbq and eating space that crosses over from inside to outside. Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

An award winning small house at the beach end of Crystal Avenue. Ideal for a couple or a small family; pets are welcome too. In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.
