Relax in this calm, Nordic-style space. Rocking chairs on the porch overlook a pond, meadow, and spectacular seasonal fireflies. Be soothed by sounds of nature including resident barred owls. On 140 woodland acres with old (rough) logging trails with views. Owner's home conveniently close but out of view. High ceilings, scenic window, new woodstove, indoor waterless toilet, outdoor sink and outdoor private hot shower (when above freezing); available sauna. 35-45 min to main ski areas. Pets ok!

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. The third room is a large sitting room with a shower and closet bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, meet our chickens, and explore our garden.

Entire lower apt of Austrian Style home in Killington across from Pico Mtn offers beautiful views in a quiet setting with preserved forest and the Appalachian & Long Trail in our backyard. Only 2 miles to Killington Access Road. The apartment is the lower unit, owners occupy the upper unit. We are a ski family and are up early each morning. Previous reviews REQUIRED, no 3rd-party bookings. No partiers, smokers, or loud gatherings. No pets including service animals.

Upstairs Adventurer's Retreat

Welcome to this peaceful and centrally-located space in historic Pittsford. Situated near the top ski and mountain bike attractions in central Vermont, incredible trails, Middlebury, Rutland, Killington, Pico, Mountain Top Resort, and 45 minutes east of Woodstock, this couldn't be in a better location. This property has been in existence since 1832, and lovingly maintained with a backdrop of the Adirondacks beyond the picturesque pasture. Small but comfortable.
