JH Studio is conveniently located in the geographical centre of Newcastle only 5 minutes drive from JH Hospital & Blackbutt Reserve & parks. This modern private spacious studio is nestled away downstairs at the rear of our residence, on street parking in a quite area & separate entry access. This one bedroom Studio offers a king size bed, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & modern comfortable furnishing throughout. Including continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi .

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located oasis. Just a 10 minute walk to Warners Bay shops which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, coffee, a pub, bowling club and assorted shops. Situated on beautiful Lake Macquarie and only moments to the lakeside walking track. Spacious one bedroom apartment with separate living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. Luxurious king size bed and direct lake views. You have your own parking space and separate entrance.

Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Beautiful, cosy self contained Granny Flat nestled amongst the trees under our family home. We are approx. 15 minutes from Newcastle CBD & famous beaches. Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom guest house - Magpies Rest is peaceful and centrally located. 5 minute walk to the major Glendale shopping centre. 5 minute drive to the lake 20 minute drive to Newcastle and its major beaches Under an hour to the Hunter Valley 1 car space allocated in front of the main house.
