Cairngorm Apt Three | Ski Apt | Central Aviemore

Welcome to Cairngorm Apartment Three. Affordable family accommodation. Located on the 1st floor of a quiet residential apartment block in central Aviemore, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. It's situated away from the main road, walking distance from the railway/bus stations/pubs & restaurants, with great views over to the mountains. There's a 47 inch smart TV with Netflix, and free & fast internet/wifi. It's good for couples, solo travellers, and families. Sleeps 4. Not for parties.

The Old Log Shed (STL licence no. HI-70218-F)

The south facing cabin is set in the Spey Valley, Scottish Highlands near Aviemore with a pine forest stretching into Glenfeshie, Cairngorms mountains and the RSPB Insh Marshes. Squirrels, badgers, deer and pinemarten can be watched from the comfort of the patio window! While enjoying the peace of this small village there are food shops & station 5 miles away and food, fuel, gift, sports shops 10 miles away. The west coast, Inverness, Braemar, Edinburgh are all possible as day excursions.

Charming Eco Cottage in Cairngorm National Park

Located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park our 3 bedroom EcoCottage sits on a private lane, in the idyllic Highland village of Kincraig. Explore the local area by day & coorie in for a cosy evening by the log burner. The artisan Post Office Cafe at the end of the road serves barista coffee & delicious daily specials. Loch Insh Centre offers year-round activities & its Boathouse Restaurant is easily reached on foot, whilst our local pub, The Suie, has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Little Birch Cabin (STL licence number Hl-70188-F)

Little Birch Cabin is surround by fantastic scenery and wildlife. We are beside the RSPB Insh Marshes nature reserve and the beautiful Cairngorm mountains. The cabin backs onto a large forest leading into Glenfeshie the Cairngorms and beyond. Red Squirrels, Badgers, Pine martins, Crested Tits and many more are frequent visitors to the garden. Loch Insh is 3 miles away. Highland wildlife park is a superb nearby attraction. It is an ideal location for all nature lovers, walkers and cyclists.

Aviemore, Kincraig, Kirkbeag

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Soillerie Beag: haven in Cairngorms National Park

Soillerie Beag is a self-catering cottage in the quiet village of Insh in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage lies on the boundary of the Insh Marshes RSPB nature reserve and has views across the open countryside to the Spey Valley and Monadhliath Mountains. The area is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, offering walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching, golf, sailing, climbing and ski-ing. Soillerie Beag is the perfect peaceful retreat. Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Free Church Manse - Highland home, Cairngorm views

Free Church Manse is a beautiful Victorian villa with wonderful mountain views. Located just minutes from the centre of the Highland village of Kingussie our family friendly house is within easy walking distance of local shops, the supermarket, pubs and cafes. With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets.

The Snug at The Ski Lodge, Aviemore

The Snug is a newly renovated living space to the rear of The Ski Lodge which was completed on 16th July 2020. It is suitable for set up as double or twin accommodation in a hotel grade bed/s for two people. The Snug has a wet room, its own entrance and outdoor seating area. Please note that there are no kitchen facilities within the rental space. There are, however, a range of takeaway food options, pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Riverside Hideaway

Riverside Hideaway is a quirky above our garage conversion. It is Modern with a light, fresh feel. Located up a short track on the bank of the River Spey. Watching the Ospreys, hundreds of miles of forest tracks and cycle ways to explore, snow sports in the Cairngorms, paddling to Loch Insh or down the Spey the options are endless. It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing but with excitement and exhilaration of outdoor pursuits all around.

Zippity-Do-Da House (Cinema and Hot Tub) Aviemore

Zippity-Do-Da House has been individually designed and built by your hosts George and Gillian and is set amidst the stunning scenery of the Cairngorm National Park. The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities.
