The property has great natural beauty yet is close to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, groceries, hiking & biking trails, golf courses, and a casino. It's the perfect getaway only 29 miles from Seattle & 35 miles from Sea-Tac. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit... easy I-90 access... 15 minutes to seattle, 10 minutes to bellevue, 15 minutes to Redmond and 25 minutes to the Pass .. situated on 3 acres with creek running thru, can walk out and be at lake in 5 minutes, enjoy a little bit of country close to everything. You'll feel like you're in the country but costco is 2 miles away!! :) Several Free to roam in field and light a fire along the creek... fire pit is availale

Charming cabin with deck overlooking stunning view of creek. A 2 minute walk to enjoy a full view of the waterfall and creek (it’s private on our property, takes stairs to get there). The cabin is fully fenced for privacy. Accommodates 2 people with Queen bed & bathroom.
