The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
