Located within walking distance of the delightful market town of Kingsbridge, the Annex at Ashleigh House is a quiet comfortable space with everything you need for a relaxing break. With gorgeous walks straight from the Annex and stunning beaches and countryside just a short drive away, it's the perfect base for your South Devon holiday. Kingsbridge has plenty of fabulous independent shops to explore, along with the essentials, while larger towns such as Dartmouth are just a short drive away.

A unique very light airy studio flat with beds to accommodate 5 people(family or couple). Well located/great access to local beaches, 14 min drive to Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, 25min toTotnes/rail to London. Wifi, TV, DVD. Peaceful & calm. The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), firing up the BBQ and cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
