The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. A stylish separate self contained barn/annexe. The Old Halfway Barn was once a livestock barn but now fully converted providing contemporary yet cosy accommodation. It is also conveniently located to explore the local English Riviera. The layout is open plan with a lounge and seating area, separate kitchen and shower room. The mezzanine holds a luxury king size bed for a relaxing night of sleep. Outside is a private patio dining area along with secure parking and sole use of the driveway.

We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Our flat is perfect for couples as well as singles seeking an intimate seaside hideaway, and we have regular guests who return time and time again.

Occupants will benefit from their own self contained suite with a kitchen, bathroom and parking space for one vehicle. Torbay Hospital is a 10 minute walk away so this space is great for any healthcare professional needing accommodation. The room is ideal for one person but two people can easily be accommodated for with the use of the trundle bed.
