Luxury Suite 3-Safari Tent-Outdoor Whirlpool Tub

Unwind and relax in your luxury safari tent while sitting high on the hilltop overlooking Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. This retreat with Heating and A/C includes a kitchenette and full bathroom. Take advantage of your private deck and personal soaking tub either by day or starlit night. This is the perfect couple's getaway to escape the daily grind, celebrate an occasion or to reconnect. Also included is a community area with a binzebo, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and lounging area.

The Cozy Camper

Pack light and make big memories during your stay in the cozy camper. This 30 foot camper is located on our family homestead just one mile from the llano river. The property is also less than 30 minutes from Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Parks as well as several parks with access to the local lakes. We live on the property and will be present to help should any problems arise. We also share the land with wildlife and our animal friends including cattle, chickens, turkeys, dogs and a cat.

The Lillipad A Lovely Vintage Camper

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. It is best suited for 2 adults but could accommodate a small child. Two other units also available - The Henhouse & The Donkey Garden

Pet friendly, off grid, star gazing Glamping experience with breathtaking views. Bring your own camping gear. This 10x12 cabin is equipped with 1 chair, 1 small futon, and 2 chair beds. It also has solar with 2 usb charging ports and a 12v plug for air mattress. No AC, has fan. Outhouse with new toilet, shower capabilities, and 5 gallon fresh water dispenser. Tent camping area with cot tent, outdoor fire pit with cooking essentials. 2 space parking down low. 4x4 only road up top.

Bait House, a Rustic Tiny House

Down the road from the lake the "Bait House", decorated with a charming fishing theme, is a story of it's own. A one of a kind tiny house, rustic, yet comfy and cozy with a unique outdoor shower. Step out the door and into a hot shower. For extra FUN also rent our bunkhouse or an RV site The property has LOTS of space outdoors, BBQ grill, lighted entertainment and kid play area, plenty of chairs and tables for enjoying the fantastic sunsets, nature, firepit, pet friendly too.

Come and enjoy our beautiful lake house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen amenities for big family dinners. The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; boating on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, golf courses nearby, fishing, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.
