My wife and I run and maintain the property and live close by. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/laundry room. This home has a large enclosed back patio and gazebo area with table, grill, gas fire, fountain, flowers/plants, TV/ lights. Stone drive is only a mile away. Meadowview conference is 2.8 miles away. Welcome to our 2 levels Lakefront Paradise on deep water Ft. Henry Lake! We have breathtaking 180-degree lake and mountain views from each room and an 18’x28’ private boat dock. Spacious bedroom has a king bed, private bath/shower combination and all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating. Coffee bar has a Keurig coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).

Woodland Cottage

2BR/1BA One level cottage located on 8.5 acres surrounded by trees. Wi-Fi Internet w/ streaming services, 65" Smart TV, Netflix, Hulu, books & board games are provided: Tea, coffee & coffee maker are supplied. There is no cleaning fee, so please be clean & tidy up after yourselves. Woodland Cottage is kept fresh & clean; accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. We welcome everyone from all walks of life. We are 8 minutes from I-26 & 15 minutes from I-81 (via the I-26).

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
