Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Welcome to our peaceful self-contained cottage, beautiful country views, private tree-lined estate on edge of town. Cottage has 1 bedroom, queen bed, separate bathroom, walk in wardrobe, kitchen/dining/lounge area, private deck overlooking farmland. Daily bathroom cleaning and towel service provided. Hobbiton 15 minute drive, town 4 minute drive. We are nearby if you need anything.

Rotorua is very centrally located to Tauranga /Mount Maunganui, Whakatane, Hobbiton and Taupo. Very close to Rotorua township and attractions (10 /12 minutes by car) and very close to public transport.

It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
