A reserve and playground are across the road with a tennis court and basketball hoop 2 minutes walk away. The Motuoapa Marina and Liquorice cafe are nearby. Excellent access to Lake Taupo, Tongariro crossing, Whakapapa skifield, Tongariro River track and bike tracks, the western bays, thermal pools and Lake Rotopounamu.

A/C upstairs and downstairs for summer cooling or winter heat. The amazing Tongariro Crossing track starting point at Mangatepopo is just 45 minutes away.

Not suitable for children. Washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided.
