Kawakawa Hut with outdoor “crystal” bath

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Only 10 minutes drive from town, our house sits high up on a hill over looking Whakaipo Bay, Lake Taupo's western bays and the surrounding farmland. Vida is a fully refurbished, stand-alone house with modern furnishings and high-quality features. Located in central Turangi, tucked away in a quiet commercial area. It is fully fenced for your dog to join you. Two-minute drive to cafes, supermarket and town. There is ample room for your boat/jet ski if you're heading out fishing on the lake. Turangi is an adventurer's paradise year round and many complete the Tongarario Alpine Crossing as it’s about the closest accommodation you will find.

Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Nestled amongst mature trees and gardens our beautiful home bursts warmth and character. Located across the road from the world famous Tongariro River makes this the ideal location for outdoor adventures including fly-fishing, bike rides & skiing. In the winter relax by the fire, or when the weather is warmer, enjoy the spacious and private section for al fresco living - with decking at both the front and rear you can enjoy your morning coffee, and enjoy a game of Pétanque or Corn Hole.

Bonshaw Park Tiny Retreat

Escape the hustle and bustle to our Bonshaw Park rural tiny home. Offering a private outdoor bathtub overlooking the peaceful countryside, with an open plan kitchen and lounge, bathroom + washing machine. Approximately 10 minutes from Taupo CDB, 5 minutes from the Mount Tauhara trail. With plenty of parking & an option to park up an RV or camper for an additional cost. With outstanding sunrises and sunsets you will feel worlds away with only being a hop skip and a jump from urban Taupo.

In the popular holiday haven of Acacia Bay, this is a great base to leap in to water/hiking adventures or to just curl up on the couch with a little Netflix. Your haven is 6 mins by car to the centre of town, 3 mins walk to the lake, 1 min walk to a local pub & store.
