This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A short drive to Conwy you can uncover some of the towns Medieval history including Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Great Britain.

Newly developed town house just 5-10 minutes drive from the very popular village of Abersoch. This property sits on the sea front and is a 10 second walk from the beach. Our very special Ocean view cabin elevated overlooking the amazing Cardigan Bay. Walking distance to Snowdonia's popular seaside town Barmouth, very close to the beach and on the doorstep to some of the best walks in the area. Boasting an amazing elevated view of the cost and sunsets to die for. A hot tub sunk into the decking with views of the whole of Cardigan Bay. If you want to explore or see Snowdonia's coast, this is the place for you.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
