Self contained guest annex with its own entrance. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small sitting room. This is very much a budget home listing suitable for those visiting family, short term workers to town and holiday travellers who are independent and not too fussy. This is a private residence not a commercial bed and breakfast and we have been popular as a low cost alternative to expensive hotels. PLEASE NOTE I do not offer EARLY Check-in. Ideally suited for a couple or small family. A peaceful, quite, quirky getaway surrounded by animals, trees & farmland just 10 mins drive from Kinsale and 5 mins from some fantastic beaches. Our elegant and peaceful garden lodge has stunning sea views and is located a 5 minute walk from two long beaches, Garrettstown and Garrylucas. The renowned gourmet town of Kinsale is less than ten minutes by car and the airport is just a 30 minutes drive. The local area is a mecca for surfers, swimmers, cyclists and those who just want to go for long peaceful walks on one of the many local beaches. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.
