Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay. Undercover parking included.

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade.
