Detached cabin, self catering, on decking next to main residence Ideal for out and about couple. Wonderful open outlook with views over River Dee. MAX 2 adults. 1 dog. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the Cabin A Double bed, with storage underneath, single CHAIR bed, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster, dishes, etc, WC & shower. NO hob or oven. Towels, bed linen, usual necessities provided Heating; oil filled radiators. Nice river side walk into town. Off road parking, room for bikes.

9 Millburn Street

9 Millburn Street is in the beautiful artists town of Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway . Comfortable, homely and a little bit quirky, this property has 3 double rooms, a bathroom, a large family kitchen ,lounge with open coal fire, day room/ utility room. The enclosed back garden has an outside toilet, a newly renovated art/craft studio with running water and is secure and can be used for storing bicycles, golf clubs etc. Two well behaved dogs welcome, please include dogs when booking.

Burnbrae Byre

Truly luxurious holiday accommodation in a tastefully converted byre, set in a tranquil, rural location, but ideally located for all that the south- west has to offer. The cottage is beautifully presented with hard wood floors and finishes throughout, including a wood-burning stove in the spacious living room, sumptuous beds chosen for their quality and comfort, and fully equipped to make a superb holiday cottage. Enclosed courtyard garden with an outlook over the owners' adjoining garden.

At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Facilities include a 50" smart tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs. Free WiFi. On street parking outside the property. I am happy to share local knowledge - places to visit, walk, eat and swim.

Just a short stroll from the beach and coastal walks, ideal for couples and their four-legged friend.

The Old Fish House

Everybody loves The Old Fish House! With stunning river views it is a beautiful and peaceful cottage, yet a three minute walk from the nearest shop and the harbour. It is a great and relaxing base to enjoy the culture, coastal scenery or walking around the area. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and we love well behaved dogs. There is a staircase between kitchen/diner and lounge so the cottage may not be ideal for children under 4 years old.

Carrick Shore, Coastal home private entry to beach

Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.

CORBIE NEIST: Overlooking Kirkcudbright Harbour.

Corbie Neist is a sunny, top floor apartment overlooking the Harbour Square and the Moat Brae in one direction and the Church gardens in the other direction, both of which catch the summer sun at different times of the day. With lobby space for parking bicycles, it is an ideal base for exploring all that Galloway has to offer, whether on a bike, on foot, or touring. Within minutes of the front door you will find many coffee shops, tea garden, galleries, restaurants, take aways, museums.

Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

Senwick Glebe Annexe

Built in 2000, the Annexe is a modern attachment to the owner’s home. Designed with privacy in mind, it is situated above the property’s double garage and is accessed by a private external stairway. In an elevated position with panoramic views over adjoining farmlands to Kirkcudbright Bay and the Solway Firth, the Annexe is a self-contained wing of the owner's recently built home. It is delightfully light and comfortable, everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.

Secluded cottage in elevated position with amazing views. Recently added garden room onto the existing cottage enables spectacular 360 panoramic views over Wigtown Bay. It is perfect for families or two couples, garden is fully enclosed (except for determined dogs). Kids have space to make dens, climb trees or toast marshmallows. In summer relax on the patio, In winter curl up with a book or board game and enjoy the stunning views from the cosy interior.

We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.
