Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds, The Old Barn holiday cottage is a perfect place to come and relax, in a peaceful and rural location. Spend your days in the rolling hills of the wolds, or go and take in the atmosphere of our several local market towns. You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Boasting a bedroom with four poster bed and freestanding bath leading into an ensuite with walk in shower. It has a well equiped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge with a leather sofa. Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. Dibley Lodge is well situated for travelling and exploring local villages and towns in Lincolnshire.

Whether you’re looking for a base to explore the many walking/cycling trails, such as the famous Viking way or visit one of the many welcoming coffee shops/restuarants the surrounding villages have to offer.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. A perfect retreat and an ideal location for families.

Pet and children are more than welcome.We have an orchard for you to walk around and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
