Over 4000 sq. ft. 65in TV in living room , outside bar 65 in tv , Barbecue brand new , board game floaties for the pool ! I did this place first class please enjoy it like I do , no smoking inside we like to keep the place smelling good by all means smoke outside with a nice cold beer enjoying the pool watching sports on the outside bar , enjoy life! Just installed Hue lighting Sonos throughout the house and pool area. have a huge blue tooth speaker and a wine chiller !

The villa is rented as a whole, so it can offer you perfect privacy during your stay. The beautiful sandy beaches are just steps away. You can enjoy the famous kite surfing activities as you walk along the long sandy beach. This is a perfect escape from all the noise and destruction.

Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). AC has an extra cost of 7 us$ per day. NO TV. No smoking. No backup generator.
