The cottage allows you to rest your head in the quiet wooded area of Kitty Hawk Village after spending a busy day at the beach. This new construction is about 550 sq. ft. of private, spacious, living space with a hot tub and patio overlooking the greenery behind the property. It is a luxury! *2 guests only, No visitors

Private & Spacious Couple's Beach Getaway

Private, quiet and roomy space is perfectly located off the main roads but still close to the beach. This space was designed and built as a guest suite when the main house was built. Located right on the 7th hole of the Seascape Golf course and barely over a half-mile from the beach. Ride the provided bicycles to the local restaurants. Enjoy a drink on the ground-level deck or at the fire pit patio area. The beach is just a 15 minute stroll. Tranquil and relaxing, you'll be Swept Away!

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.
