My dad spent years using this space as his painting studio. Unique wooden floors have traces of oil paint & the energy at our now converted seaside home is highly inspiring - people staying here suddenly get business ideas or start writing poems! Our huge cozy couch is perfect for slow mornings & reading books, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The seaside is not far (it takes around 35min on foot, as there is a forest to cross), and it's a 5min car ride.

Have a quiet time in our apartment near the park in Klaipeda. Everything is within easy reach here - shopping markets, sports centers, sports grounds, children's playgrounds are within a radius of just a few hundred meters. WIFI is free. Parking is free and the main buses to the city center, the old town, the old and the new ferry run nearby. The apartment has all the necessary utensils, shower gel, shampoo, towels, cooking utensils, and even a fold-away cot for an infant : )

Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

Vos kelios minutės kelto keliu iki Smiltynės pliažo, ar Jūrų muziejaus – puikus pasirinkimas norintiems greitai pabėgti prie jūros. Taip pat labai patogi lokacija aktyvaus laisvalaikio su dviračiais mėgėjams.

Butas Liepų gatvėje, miesto centre , greta skulptūrų parko, autobusų stoties. Visas lankytinas vietas senamiestyje galima pasiekti per 5 -10 min. Butas yra labai šviesus, langai orientuoti į kiemo pusę, tai nesigirdi gatvės triukšmas. Namas turi savo vidinį kiemą tai nėra problemų su parkavimu. Apartamentai yra patogus mamoms su vėžimėliais ar žmonėms su negale, nes patekti į butą yra vos keli laiptai. Bute yra visa buitis kurios reikia gyvenimui.

Parking: is free on weekends and public holidays for longer stays (from 4 nights) we can arrange parking abonement for yellow zone from 13€ (nonrefundable/payed in advance).
