Charmerende sommerhus med fantastisk stemning inde og ude. Skønt og meget fredeligt beliggende, som det sidste hus for enden af lille grusvej i den gamle del af Rågeleje. Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Lejligheden ligger 10 min gang fra Hellerup station og har separat indgang. Den er ca. 70 m2 og har 2 værelser. Et med kombineret køkken, spisestue og bad, og et med kombineret soveværelse og stue. Værelset har en seng til 2 personer og en sovesofa. Desuden er der et lille toilet ved indgangen.

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
