【 Haikaa 海脚屋 】 民宿立于丹绒士拔新村的沿海民居区。新村距离首都需一小时半的车程，是个与农为主，与海为伴的中小型华人新村。当地民间景点都与民宿距离相当接近。 民宿利用80年代的房子，由@Haus Studio设计与改造，主张朴素和生活化的人文设计。利用本土的建筑和环境优势，所有室内空间都强调自然通风和采光设计；主厅和两间睡房都与“天井”相伴；主厅设有全开式大门，随时链接着室外的海景。 民宿可接纳 12 位旅客，备用大小两房，基本厨具俱全的厨房，两间洗澡间，大厅与饭厅。主厅也适合塑造成各类型的小型活动空间。
