All you need is in this spacious and serene space. Well located, near pick n pay, Wilmedpark hospital and Ancron hospital. This open plan space has a small but lovely kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave kettle and even a small gas plate (for when it is load shedding).Furthermore a desk,double bed and small lounge area.Bathroom has a shower(gas geyser)with a seat.This living space is located in the back of my yard next to my house.I look forward to hosting you. The bed has a electric blanket.

There's a big smart TV with free Netflix and free wifi. Parking is on-site. The area that the premises is located is very safe.
