This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.

With simple cooking facilities if you decide you want to stay in , or a plethora of restaurants in the area you will be spoilt for choice. 2 mins walk and you will be amongst towering tree ferns on Griffiths creek or 5 mins drive at a shopping complex in Boronia. The studio attached to the main house has its own private entrance.
