It is quiet and serene as you sit in the living space and have a warm cup of tea or a cold lemonade. We love our tiny house and hope you do too!

Open concept small studio, private patio and entrance, full kitchen. *SHARED wall between studio and main house, therefore some shared noise. 2 minute walk to the ocean , Lobster and Blues Festivals. A small swimming beach is a 5 minute walK, 5-10 minutes to the Farnsworth and CMCA museums, Strand Theater, restaurants, antiques shops & galleries. ALSO NOTE we do not have television. Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Birch Hill Cabin w/Hot Tub

Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
