Part of a Modern Rustic Compound in West Knoxville, this camper is tucked into its own fully covered pavilion offering a large covered and private patio filled with games to relax and unwind, a large television and lounge furniture... the camper itself is a fully functional 'tiny home' experience with kitchen, bath, booth dining that can convert to an additional sleeping option and the property affords access to the salt water pool in season, nearby lake, parks, marina, restaurants and shopping!

Three bedrooms and 2 full baths along with an open floor plan welcome you once inside. The master bedroom has a King size bed and full size beds in the other two bedrooms. WiFi provided. 35 miles from the Smokies, and Cumberland mountains. Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge, and 6 miles from Down town Knoxville and the beautiful campus of The University of Tennessee.

The Coop: 25-30 minutes from Smokies-Pool

NOT 1 Hour Drive: The Coop is situated on historical property that is equidistant to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Walland/Townsend. COMMUTE TO EACH approx. 25-30 mins. Quiet stay for couples to relax by the pool (opens spring/closes mid October) or to enjoy the fire pit. Adjustable King bed, kitchen (microwave, small oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar), and spacious bathroom with shower. Restaurants, fast food, and grocery within 15 mins. Private entrance, wifi, and parking.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
