Quaint & Quiet 90 Acre Farmhouse

This "far in the boonies" home is a great place to get away from it all! Large old farm home, well-kept and clean, family-friendly. Located far away from any town or city. Plenty of acres to explore. Miles of small roads and trails to hike. Plenty of lawn to stretch out and fields to romp through. Small creek on the property to wade & splash in. Explore the old barn and watch the stars at night. Great for your kids, family, pets, and small events. Many of our guests call it "Grandma's House"!

A historic property. Near Rails to Trails and within walking distance of downtown Historic Brookville with its many antique shops and restaurants. Some local attractions: Scripture Rocks Park, February - Ground Hog Day in Punxsutawney, June - Laurel Festival, July - Jefferson County Fair, December - Victorian Christmas. We're also less than 30 minutes from Clear Creek State Park and Cooks Forest. You can walk to a grocery store, gas station and the Post Office. There's a laundromat nearby.

ICE Suite - Minutes off I-80 - Downtown Clarion

The Ice suite is a completely private space located in the heart of downtown Clarion, PA - minutes from I-80. This self check-in unit has a private bedroom, full kitchen/living area, and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with additional sleeping arrangements via a pull out sofa in the living room. The Ice suite is a perfect fit for a couple, friends, or a small family. Walkable to Clarion U, restaurants, cafes, breweries, & shops. Close to Cook Forest. Free off-street parking.

The Church Loft

Welcome to Ridgway! This 1 bed/1 bath loft style apartment sits inside of what was once the area's first Free Methodist church - it’s certainly not what you’ll expect to see inside. You’ll love the super high ceilings and the open concept. Originally built in 1894, we’re conveniently located near downtown and steps away from great PA Wilds hiking! Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.

Quiet bedroom, living/dining room and private bath in older home, perfect for a short or longer stay. Private entrance. Double bed and a fold out cot/mattress. Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.

Peaceful Country Home with Hot Tub

Beautifully maintained country home overlooking rolling hills with a natural landscape perfect for Leafers this coming season! Property is close to Summerville, Brookville, Punxsutawney & New Bethlehem. Conveniently located amongst many PA state game lands, the rails to trails & great kayaking & canoeing areas for outdoor fun. Walking paths along creeks and rivers just minutes from the home. Large backyard with hot tub for entertaining. Fire pit located on site as well as outdoor seating.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Quaint Country Suite

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. Associated with the St. Thomas More House of Prayer, a Catholic Retreat Center in the midst of rural Northwest PA, you'll also find the grounds ideal for a nice walk or quiet reflection.

This unique unit can welcome 2-3 guests and is only 15 minutes from Penn Highlands Healthcare of DuBois and Penn State DuBois Campus. It’s full kitchen, work area, and welcoming atmosphere allows for a relaxing stay while visiting Brockway. The central location provides efficient access to various amenities such as restaurants, park area, and Rail Trails. -Double bed and pull out couch -No Pets and Non-Smoking -Second story outside step access

Cozy Oaks Cottage

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Pennsylvania Wilds lies Cozy Oaks Cottage! This 558 sq. ft. space is the ideal spot to get away with your family and friends. Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people

Rustic Cabin with Sleeping Loft.

This is camping with four solid walls, door, and ceiling. Your own private get away with nature on 50 acres. Suggest head lamps. No electricity, no linens, no phone service. For your convenience there is a composting toilet inside, a 3 gallon thermos with potable water, and a wood stove for heat and to cook on as well as a one burner propane. Picnic table and small fire pit outside.
