Welcome to our centrally located residence! Explore Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg (1hr away), perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts with easy access to Tail of the Dragon and Foothills Parkway. Nearby bike/walking paths, 30min to downtown Knoxville, and 4 miles from the airport. Restaurants, fast food, and shopping within 15 minutes. Please note that ALL outdoor spaces are SHARED with your host. We respect your privacy and won't intrude on your grilling or swimming experience. Smoking is not allowed.

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The elegant "Tree House'' is not in a tree but feels like it - with large windows overlooking lush forest or mountain views. This 450 sf space is a separate unit with own entrance & porch - no stairs! Queen bed, sofa, stone/tile bathroom & walk-in shower, big TV, fast WiFi, birdfeeders, washer-dryer. Located on cozy safe cul-de-sac, reserved parking. Unique architect-designed space has kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, more. Hiking trails nearby! Non-smoking.

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

Private cozy Cottage in a country setting. Located at the front of our 45 acres. Central heat & air/ 2 separate bedrooms. NO WIFI/Good cell phone reception. Both bedrooms have access to the comfortable full bath. Close to local wedding venues, The SHED at Harley Davidson, Ft. Loudoun Lake/Dam/Marina, Knoxville, McGhee¹ Tyson Airport, and Smoky Mountains. Restaurants are within 10 mi. from the Cottage. NO smoking or pets. Check in 3pm EST. Check out 12 noon.
