Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Sully's Big bear Lodge is located in the heart of Sevierville, off Wears Valley Rd Tennessee, it is a Must-see luxurious new million-dollar cabin! cabin finished in August 2022. This cabin is 2000 square feet, 3 bedroom- 2 1/2 bath that sits on a secluded, peaceful, tranquil catch & release fishing pond with 2 outdoor picnic and fire pit area's a jacuzzi on back deck facing pond. The huge loft has a $15.000 Brunswick Monticello Pool Table for the serious players and a 1000 game arcade console.

It has so many spaces across 3 stories, with many large common rooms and decks, and is perfect for groups. The master suite (with the king size bed) also has a large bathroom with a large tub in addition to separate shower. The house includes a 2 story fixed dock area 600 sf each, a 600sf floating platform and boat tie-up that can accommodate up to 3 boats & 2 jet skis. Perfect Retreat!
