Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

A beautiful little cottage located in the quiet village of Plumley with its own private parking, garden and patio area. The village has two country pubs, a small shop and a train station all within walking distance. A short drive away you will find the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall, Tatton and Dunham Estates and the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The Coach House is a new, high spec building, adjacent to woodland in Knutsford centre. Downstairs, fitted kitchen and a large wet room with pressure shower, all with underfloor heating . Upstairs is a stunning loft space, 60 square meters of white larch flooring as seen in Saatchi gallery, 50 inch television, sonos stereo, high speed wifi, a luxury king size bed with goose down duvet and pillows. We provide high quality bedding and towels. There is a south facing private courtyard.

Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

One bedroom ground floor annex in quiet residential area in Hale Barns. 7 minute drive from Manchester airport. Double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet, separated from bedroom by a curtain. Spacious open plan lounge/dining room with table, sofa, TV & a microwave. Small kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge and sink, with crockery and cutlery. NO COOKER. Parking is available. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING.
