Knysna Houseboat Myrtle

Houseboat Myrtle is a totally self-contained wooden cottage on the water. Permanently Anchored in the Knysna Lagoon, it’s a two minute dinghy ride from the Knysna Waterfront and we’ll give you lessons to get you going on the water. Myrtle is one of the original Knysna houseboats and has a lovely wood finish inside. With its two decks, it’s perfect for lazy days floating on the lagoon. From the deck you can enjoy views of the lagoon, the quays and the Knysna Heads, catch fish or just relax...

Beds sleep 4 with 2 on the sleeper couch in the lounge if required. Easy walking distance to the waterfront and town. Secure under cover parking for 1 car.

Loerie's Perch is a beautiful apartment situated under a leafy Yellow Wood tree-canopy with breathtaking views of Knysna lagoon. Spacious and open plan it's a great choice. A large patio is the ideal setting for sunset & sunrise views, or sumptuous meals. Best of all, only minutes away from the Waterfront, beaches and attractions. Note: we are off-grid, both water and electricity - and therefore not affected by load-shedding or municipal issues - in general!

Fairhill Cottage has one of the most sought-after views in Knysna with stunning views over the Knysna lagoon to the East and the Outeniqua mountains to the North. Nature surrounds you and you will feel recharged and be able to disconnect from your busy lifestyle. The cottage is conveniently located approximately 6km from the Knysna CBD accessible by the main highway. The cottage has its own water supply and is not dependent on municipal services.

Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Forest Heart Cabin is the perfect getaway. It is private and quiet, with a breath-taking view of the Knysna forest. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, champagne on the deck when you arrive and watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning or soak in the luxurious slipper bath at sunset! The Cabin is ideally located and a 10-15 minute drive to Knysna, as well as the gorgeous Buffalo Bay Beach and a number of forest walks.
