The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Forest Cottage Studeno (1857) as a small open-air museum is a refuge in the middle of a large forest botanical and zoological garden between the Kolpa River and Kočevje. It features a sauna, billiards, fast internet-Starlink, outdoor activities, a campfire, bowling green, throwing axes, family swing by the pond, BBQ area, glamping house... Perfect for nature lovers and creative getaways.

Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

V bližini sta tudi reki Kolpa in Krka, ki sta v poletnih mesecih priljubljeni destinaciji za kopanje in turizem. Pozimi pa se lahko odpravite kopati v termalni vrelec KLEVEVZ, kjer ima voda vedno 24 stopinj.
